Yoga really is a wonderful way to calm the mind and unlock the body. Even if you have never tried it, even if you think you will absolutely hate it, why not just try it for five minutes...you might be surprised.

Giraffes sleep for only 1.9 hours a day, whereas a brown bat sleeps for 19.9 hours a day!
